Pastor’s Notes
Hello!
With a touch of fall in the air it’s time to go back to school. I hope this school year goes well for you and your child.
As we get into fall’s routine, please be sure to make church a part of your schedule. Along with making sure your child is at Kids’ Church, please consider bringing the whole family to Morning Worship each Sunday. We meet for about an hour starting at 11:00 a.m.
We’ll also be having special events throughout the fall. Please watch for more information about them in this newsletter and at the church’s web site (www.pigtownchurch.org).
Thank you for continuing to trust us in helping with the spiritual development of your child. We consider it an honor.
In Christ,
Pastor Jeff Anderson

B’more Peaceful
Later this fall, the Pigtown Peace Pavilion will be opening inside The Power House. In it, kids will be able to learn peacemaking skill. We’re working with two neighborhood schools (Southwest Baltimore Charter School and Charles Carroll Barrister #34) to bring kids through this interactive program.
You can follow the development of this new opportunity in our neighborhood on the web at

School Supplies
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s school supply distribution a great success. Donations came in from as far away as Missouri and Michigan! Your contributions of school supplies, money, and time helped lots of kids the materials they needed to start the school year right.
