October 2011

Hello!

It truly is fall! The weather is getting cooler and some of the leaves are already changing colors. School is in full swing and we hope that in your busy week you will think to stop by on Sunday afternoon and have fun learning about Jesus.

Kid’s Church is a great time to sing songs, be crafty and enjoy a snack together. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces again.

God’s Spirit does not make us afraid, so when you put on your Halloween costumes remember that God is always with you. Also remember that when we put the light in our pumpkins, it shines on for others to see. Think about how you too can let the light inside you to shine as Jesus has taught us.

Please keep the neighborhood in your prayers while we enter this season of Harvest. What can you do to help make this a great Harvest of God’s love?

We are all part of “Building the Kingdom of God Here and Now” spreading the good news of God’s love and so glad that you and your children are part of the Harvest.

In Christ,

The Power House Youth Team
