Pastor’s Notes
Hello!
Thank you for having your children participate in Kids’ Church at The Power House. My hope is that they both enjoy their time at the church and leave having learned something that will help them throughout their lives.
Many kids have come to Kids’ Church for the first time in the past few weeks. This has been great! Please continue to encourage your kids to bring their friends and neighbors with them. All kids age 4 through grade 8 are welcome.
In addition, many kids have been faithful in their attendance throughout the fall. Thank you for reminding them and making sure they get to church on time each week.
As Thanksgiving nears, please know that we are thankful for each of your children and hope that we can be a blessing to them and the entire family.
In Christ,
Pastor Jeff Anderson

November Topics
We’ll be covering a lot of different topics during Kids’ Church this month. We’ll start the month by learning about the Old Testament books of Numbers and Deuteronomy. We’ll have a lesson on Thankfulness before Thanksgiving then begin learning the Christmas story. This month’s weekly lessons are:
11/1 Manna
11/8 Joshua & Caleb
11/15 Reviewing this fall’s lessons
11/22 Thankfulness
11/29 The Christmas Story
Be sure to ask you kids about these stories and see the crafts they’ll be making each week.

Have you heard the kids talking about a boy named Innocent? Innocent lives in Tanzania, Africa. Each week at Kids’ Church the kids have a chance to donate their change to help with his sponsorship. The money buys him clothes, food, and clean water. It also pays the fees he needs to go to school. We get letters from Innocent and pictures of him a couple of times each year. Our kids are making the world a better place one person at a time!
